A strong start

At Manly Vale Public School, children begin their school journey feeling genuinely known, supported and encouraged. Our caring teachers provide personalised, evidence-based learning that helps every child settle confidently and thrive from the very start.

Growth in the classroom and beyond

Children thrive in a joyful and stimulating environment where curiosity is encouraged and learning feels exciting. Our broad curriculum, learning support, and enrichment opportunities ensure every child can explore, create and develop their unique strengths.

Support for every family

We are a close, connected school where families feel welcomed and children are supported by adults who genuinely care. Our wellbeing focus creates a safe, positive environment where every child can build confidence, friendships and a strong sense of self.

Acknowledgement of Country

We would like to acknowledge that Manly Vale Public School meets on Aboriginal land.

We'd like to pay my respects to Elder’s past, present and emerging and extend a warm welcome to any Aboriginal people who are here today.

We meet on the land of the saltwater people. A land where the bush meets the sand, the sand meets the sea.

The original custodians hunted, lived in an organised family clan system and passed down their history through yarns, carvings, and art.

First Nation’s people are the custodians of Country, having looked after this land for 60 000 years prior to the first settlement.

It is important that we learn the true history both Aboriginal and Anglo- Saxon/European as truth- telling is the only way to Reconciliation.

We fly the National flag alongside the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flag in representation that Manly Vale Public school will hear, teach, and learn all the stories of this site in our Road to Reconciliation.
