Your P&C
Manly Vale Public School is built on genuine connection. Families, staff and students create a warm, inclusive community where everyone feels welcomed and supported. We value the relationships that grow between home and school, and we celebrate the shared commitment to helping every child feel known, cared for and inspired to learn. Together, we create a place where children flourish, not just academically, but socially, emotionally and as part of a connected, caring school family.
Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is the heartbeat of the Manly Vale Public School community. It brings together parents, carers, teachers, grandparents, friends and community members who roll up their sleeves to create the warm, vibrant and supportive environment our families love.
Working in partnership with the school, the P&C shares ideas that help shape our school’s future and supports our students through fundraising, community events and volunteering. It also runs important school services, including the canteen and uniform shop. Its impact can be felt in every corner of our school.
Joining the P&C is one of the best ways to connect with other families, make a meaningful difference and feel truly part of our community. Whether you can give a little or a lot, your voice and your presence matter, and we’d love to welcome you.
To get involved, email the P&C at manlyvaleprimaryschoolpc@gmail.com or fill in the Volunteer Form below.

Fundraising in Action
The Manly Vale Public School P&C regularly coordinates fundraising initiatives to provide additional resources, programs and opportunities for our students. In the past, the P&C have facilitated Trivia Nights, Skip-a-thons and most recently a Colour Run. Working in partnership with the school, funds are directed towards areas where they can make a meaningful difference to student learning, wellbeing and the day-to-day operation of our school.
So far this year, P&C fundraising has supported:
- student laptops
- student welfare initiatives
- an interactive whiteboard for Year 6
- a laptop for the school canteen
- the Brainstorm Productions anti-bullying program
- school athletics singlets
- athletics starting equipment
- library resources and support
- science program resources
- Garden Club equipment and resources
- decodable readers for Stage 1
- reading resources for Stage 2
These contributions help the school provide rich learning experiences, up-to-date technology, quality educational resources and valuable wellbeing programs beyond what can be funded through the regular school budget. Every fundraiser supported, item purchased and hour volunteered directly benefits our students. We are incredibly grateful to our families and wider community for helping us continue to strengthen and enrich our school.
P and C Rules and Bylaws
Our P&C Rules and By-Laws set out the structure and processes that guide how our association operates. They support transparent decision-making, encourage active parent involvement, and reflect our strong sense of community. We warmly invite all parents and carers to explore these documents by clicking on the image below, and gain a deeper understanding of how we work together to support our school.
