Project Local is a new community initiative brought to you by your NewsLocal newspaper. Manly Vale Public School has submitted a plan for a grant which has been accepted. The details of the plan are below.
Manly Vale Public School is a little school with big ideas. Our school of 300 students, backs onto the wonderful Manly Dam & this bushland forms an integral part of our curriculum as we actively teach our students to be enthusiastic about the local environment. We would like to enhance this unique & very popular part of our school, by building an eco pavilion next to our nature trail & vege patch that will be used as an outdoor classroom & accessible for all students from kindy to year 6.
