Our Principal and Staff
Our dedicated staff place each child’s growth, wellbeing and belonging at the centre of everything we do. By working together, we create an inclusive school where every learner can shine.
Welcome from our principal
“At Manly Vale Public School, we believe that every child is capable of remarkable growth when they feel genuinely known, supported and inspired. As Principal, my role is to ensure our school is a place where learning is joyful, relationships are strong, and students are guided with care, high expectations and a belief in their potential.
My leadership is shaped by my country-town upbringing: community matters, relationships matter, and people feel at their best when they feel they belong. Here at MVPS, that philosophy underpins our work every day. Our staff embody warmth, expertise and deep commitment. They know our students, notice their strengths, and work alongside families to ensure every learner feels safe and confident to take risks.
We take great pride in our whole-child approach. Academic success is important, but so too is building resilience, creativity, identity, cultural understanding and wellbeing.
Our unique bushland campus offers endless opportunities for exploration, curiosity and calm. It is a beautiful backdrop to a school that values connection with nature, with community and with each other.
I am incredibly proud to lead a school where kindness, learning and community spirit thrive side by side. Thank you for partnering with us as we continue to nurture, inspire and support every child who walks through our gates.”
Tina Lee, Principal of Manly Vale Public School
Our School Leaders
Leadership at Manly Vale is grounded in kindness, connection and genuine care. Our leaders don’t hide in offices, they are out in the playground, at the gate each morning, and beside teachers and students throughout the day. They set the tone for our school: calm, joyful, inclusive and focused on what truly matters, children feeling safe, supported and proud of their learning.

Our Teaching Staff
The staff at Manly Vale are the heart of our school. They are the kind of adults who learn every child’s name, who notice the small things, and who show up each day with genuine care and joy. They design learning that excites, challenges that inspire confidence, and moments that make children feel proud. Their positivity is infectious, filling our classrooms and playgrounds with fun, encouragement and a love of learning. Our teachers laugh with students, listen deeply, and create classrooms where children feel safe to try, to grow and to be themselves. It’s this warmth and connection that makes learning feel magical and school feel like home.

Our Wellbeing and Support Staff
Our wellbeing and support team are the gentle anchors of our school. They are the first to notice when a child needs extra comfort, encouragement or guidance, and they work patiently and quietly behind the scenes to make sure every student feels safe and supported. Our Learning and Support staff and Student Learning Support Officers (SLSOs)/Teacher's Aides build trusting relationships with children, offering calm reassurance, tailored assistance and a steady presence throughout the school day. Whether helping a child regulate their emotions, supporting learning in the classroom, or simply being a familiar, caring face, they play a vital role in helping every learner feel confident and understood. Their kindness creates a safety net that wraps around our students; their minds, hearts and spirits.
